Sweet Something Bookmarks

By far the most detailed, gorgeous bookmarks I've offered thus far! These "Sweet Something" bookmarks are indeed modeled after my current "Sweet Something" body of work and feature the same blended pastel backdrop, bold splashes and swipes of color, and these are the first bookmarks I've done to feature my signature circle motifs.

My hand-painted canvas bookmarks are made entirely by me in my studio. They begin as one big sheet of raw canvas - the same canvas as my larger works - and they get painted, cut, finished, shaped, punched and tasseled by hand.

In the past I've only ever offered my bookmarks individually, but let's be honest here; one bookmark is never enough. I don't know about you but I'm always reading and re-reading multiple books at one time, so I decided to offer the majority of this batch as sets of three. You can still buy a limited number individually if you really only want one, but when you get a set of three you get to really appreciate how each bookmark is its own individual, gorgeous little painting. And every set features one of each tassel color; pink, peach, and lavender.

If you're the type of person who loves the feel of REAL books - turning pages and the smell of the paper - you're going to love the feel of these bookmarks. The texture of the paint and canvas is a simple delight, and as you use them over the months and years ahead they'll become even softer and more pliable. It's just one more sensory comfort to add to the enjoyable experience of reading.

Bookmarks come bagged in cello to keep them pristine, and the back of each is marked with my signature initials. I hope you enjoy seeing them peeking out of your favorite books!
